This is what I told my youngest daughter every time I wake her from sleep..
Most of the time after the subuh prayer, she will go to sleep again...and I will make sure to wake her up before 10 a.m...
I always tell her ..
1) You have to take your breakfast before 10.00 a.m.
WHY MOMMY?...to make your system functions well.
2) Start your breakfast with:
a) a glass of plain water, then
b) some slices of fruits, and
c) your breakfast meal..
WHY MOMMY?... if not your system will be jumping around..
3) End your day with
a) a glass of plain water or milk...not caffeine
WHY MOMMY?... close your system diligently
and dont forget to.
a) take your ablution
b) recite your doa (prayer)..
before you go to sleep...
